If you buy direct from the site, we'll still be in touch to double-check your desired wording and to lock in due dates. For catalog requests, we work with you to decide on orders and quantities, and then we get your order put into the schedule.

Turnaround time varies, but we try to be as fast as possible. We generally aim for a 2-4 week turnaround on most trophy orders.

Larger orders of 10+ items or more complicated orders will take longer, so please give us as much advance notice as possible, especially if you're trying to meet a specific deadline. We generally like to have at least a month for orders of 10 or more items.

You'll always receive digital art mockups for your designs. Our mockups will give you an idea of what the final product will look like, although due to the nature of how the laser interacts with leather and other materials, the exact final result may vary - but we think this gives every piece its own unique character.

You can send your own designs or logos, or we can build something for you. You get to choose your font style and any artwork, borders, or extra design flourishes that will make your awards look stunning.

We never charge anything like a "digitization fee" if you send us your own designs, and you'll only incur an extra design fee if we have to build complicated logos, brands, or designs from scratch.

Now the fun part starts! We'll laser your order, complete any leatherwork in our in-house shop, and get everything prepped to arrive by your due date.

After your order is complete, we pack it with care and ship it for arrival by the set due date (tracking is always included). We know the winners and recipients will love their one-of-a-kind awards, trophies, gifts, and custom tack pieces!
