Shipping policy

We ship via UPS or USPS. Large orders will usually ship via UPS, while orders 30lb and under will usually ship via USPS. You may request another carrier if you'd like. Drop-shipped orders are shipped by the drop shipper's preferred carrier.

Orders for in-store pickup are applicable to the local Weatherford, Texas area only. Orders with "in-store pickup" selected without a local address will be immediately cancelled and refunded, unless specific arrangements have been made between the customer and the seller beforehand.

We can ship to most physical addresses in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

Offers for free shipping are only valid in the contiguous states. Parcels shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or areas outside the United States will not be eligible for free shipping promotions.

We ship through UPS and use Real Time quotes based on product weight, size, and your shipping location unless shipping info on page shows a fixed price (only available for certain products). The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
